The Impossible Client

We’ve all worked with that can’t please client.  You know the one.  They want you to build the Great Wall of China with only a shovel.  I’m going to attempt to address a few of the issues that I’ve personally dealt with in my professional career and discuss a few key points that are important to remember.

  1. As much as you have control over it, don’t accept certain clients.
  2. Be extremely transparent with your policies.
  3. Get EVERYTHING in writing.
  4. Include an exit clause in your contract.
  5. You are they expert, but they sign the check.
