The Impossible Client
We’ve all worked with that can’t please client. You know the one. They want you to build the Great Wall of China with only a shovel. I’m going to attempt to address a few of the issues that I’ve personally dealt with in my professional career and discuss a few key points that are important to remember.
- As much as you have control over it, don’t accept certain clients.
- Be extremely transparent with your policies.
- Get EVERYTHING in writing.
- Include an exit clause in your contract.
- You are they expert, but they sign the check.
